The Vanilla Pod is delighted to invited you to a unique event on Monday March 10th. In collaboration with the Centre of Food Culture Boyne Valley, we are very much looking forward to hosting our producers dinner with our visiting guests from the University of Gastronomic Science, Pollenso, Italy.
Expect tastings, tipples and talks from both our producers and visitors alike as we explore mutual links for the future through the newly formed Centre of Food Culture, Boyne Valley.
Guests on the evening will enjoy a Kells Gin Aperitif, followed by an ultra-local menu & digestif, insights from our producers and a chance to network with our regional and international visitors.
Tickets €60,00 per person on a very limited basis, commencing at 7.30pm
